can someone give me an example of how to incorporate nice into my
command line? Here is my existing command line:
screen -A -m -d -S servermain ./hlds_run -pingboost 3 -game cstrike
-restart -debug
where would I incorporate nice into that? and with what switches? I
have read the man and info page

I thought it will by default bind to all nics, and if your nic is aliased,
to all
By default if will listen on all ips on the machine e.g:
udp4 0 0 *.49254*.*
Only if you tell it to bind to a specific one will it do that.

Well there are already multiple servers on the server. I just shut one
server down because I had to many slots running and I want people who played
there to be able to still use the ip to join another server already on
server.

Sure, just assign two IP's to that machine and don't specify an IP for
HLDS, wouldn't that work?

Any way to have the same server be connectable at 2 ips? I am not talking
about same install instance running 2 separate servers at different ip's, I
mean one server showing up and be connectable from 2 ips.
Thanks

I recently reinstalled my server and haven't seen VAC's detections on my
logfiles.
My servers are running in secure mode, and generaly, when a new vac was
lunched, it would catch at least 1 cheater on the first 24h.
I wonder if I have overlooked something.
What do I need to log those vac detections
All these comments are useless with our stating which map. From the figures
I posted the other day map plays a HUGE factor in CPU load.
In case people missed it here's my figures:
mapplayersavgcpu%
de_dust21625.464137
de_aztec1632.970308
cs_italy
heu yes :)
3110c using 70% on my cpu for 14 players :-p
