There is two serious exploits for HLDS3110. Setting sv_allowdownload 0 prevents the second most recent exploit but not the first one. To fix it you either need to upgrade to 3111d with higher CPU usage, or install the boffix patch for 3110c. The boffix patch can be found here: http://miklos.clanho
