[hlds_linux] stuck map

Just started my server back up after a long break, and now it seems that it never changes maps. The same one plays over and over. Mapcycle.txt is there, and it is defined properly, and my maps.ini file for adminmod contains the same maps as the mapcycle.txt file. Mapchangecfgfile is also defined
