Hell, I've gotta stop gambling.
As already said: 2 x 44 + 2 x 12 = 112 slots is way too much
The server should indeed run into swap when running out of memory , unless
you have configged it not use swap, or your system is out of space. Or maybe
your account has limited resource usage? Just some things to consider...

Doesn't have to. He didn't say the servers were CS:S. And he made the
"error" twice. Sure about your money? ;)

Quoted from you:
My server only has 1 Gig of memory. I am running 4 servers on it (2x 44 man
and 2x 12 man). Those servers run fine. When I try to start a fifth server
I get a Seg Fault, or this error:

LOL... I am glad you guys are complete jerks... I am testing the server...
and if you knew how to read I never said I wanted my server to run in
swap... So, please, if you had any sense try not to flame a person who is
just testing his servers...

2x44 man? What supercomputer are you running?
Erm...you don't want your system to swap. It causes the system to slow down
by a large factor and more likely than not your servers will crash, or the
box itself will crash.
If you have any sense
LOL, you want your server to swap.. you should swap more memory into it.
Most people run a minimum of 2gb in their servers anyway.

I am having a weird problem:
My server only has 1 Gig of memory. I am running 4 servers on it (2x 44 man
and 2x 12 man). Those servers run fine. When I try to start a fifth server
I get a Seg Fault, or this error:
