Same Issue here. Since yesterday 17th May 2009 we see every few minutes spiekes in HLSW and ingame there is a short lag of 1 or 2 seconds. It feels and looks like the VAC issue mentioned in December 2008 and January 2009. I think this is a valve / steam issue and they have to fix it again.

We are getting these lags as well... Both mostly srcds servers, but a few hlds customers have complained about lags... the lag varies from rarely to quite often. I have been going through gameservers, storageservers, network/switches, firewalls and cant find anything wrong... nothing
