[hlds_linux] Servercrash !! Read this

No crashes ,Quit or Exit. No errors.! ! I use partial Enigine53 and have minor errors on mapchanges or startup. sometimes my Quit or exit command fails .. -zone 4096 and -noaff fixes that a bit (not bullet proof) without this patch my server does not start ! ! do not use -verify_all

I'm also getting random crashes like that on two different servers. Both are running sourcemod with default extensions except dbi.mysql. Opening the minidump through windbg shows a crash at libtier0.so + 270ee which puts it at the dynamic_cast function. The rest of the call stack is missing.
