Valve has now updated the steam.inf with proper data. No announcement
was made on this and this is the 2nd time in a month it has happened. So
if you update your servers now, they should have the correct info as
update marked required and servers notify about it.

Nemrun works as well as it ever did - valve just stopped bumping version
information, leaving out of date servers listed on the master server,
and breaking autoupdate detection (even their own autoupdate detection).

Blame Valve for not upading the steam.inf. If the steam.inf gets
updated, nemrun should update the gamefiles. If the steam.inf was not
