- Fixed an exploit that allowed servers to circumvent the restrictions on
commands they're allowed to force clients to issue.

Hello!
I posted to these lists back in October looking for people to test my
HLDS/SRCDS query app for Android. Several people responded, and I would
like to thank everyone who volunteered to test the app for their time
and their feedback.
This app started as a small independent study
On Dedicated servers, the point_servercommand entity now ignores ent_fire
requests from anyone who doesn't have autokick disabled.
On Listen servers, it ignores ent_fire requests from anyone other than the host.
Robin.

Brilliant!
I really liked the test version you put up earlier, so I'll give this a go ASAP.
Thanks!

Thanks Robin, extremely helpful :D also, is there a timeframe in which you
know when a Source 2009 SDK will be released?
Thanks,

All,
Seems master server is 72.165.61.153 down. No point in having multiple
entries if it doesn't fail over nice.. I think its mentioned in nemruns
script that when one is down it doesn't actually forward or load balances it
to a working one.

I had reports of players that after this updates ours and several
other servers were having lag spikes like stuttering, anyone else is
getting those?

Thanks Robin,
Most certainly, yes. It's actually bad enough, I occasionally see a choke
of 1-3 every minute or so, before I never saw choke, ever.

i noticed playing last nite after the update it was jerky at times. this was
on more than 1 server.
i just assumed they were updating other servers they may have had. (i don't
know if the other groups had more servers updating at that time or not.)

Lag spikes have been noted on 3 of my servers, i haven't check the status on
the other 4. Players report what seems almost like their clients aren't
sending packets fast enough or receiving them causing their player to jump
once it is resynced.

The way you explained that is pretty much what I was seeing.
