There are two methods to enable the replay system:
a) From server's command line (using -replay or +exec replay.cfg). The
advantage is that the replay is enabled for the first map, but the disadvantage
is that the bot is not visible to outside world (is not included into A2S_INFO
response packe
I'm replying to this because it is a problem. In TF2 I get 24 players
reported, outside of TF2 I get 25 people reported. I've tried adding
more slots and hiding them but then I find out that it's not reporting
when there is only 1 person in the server, etc. There have been a few
discussion on this
We're investigating the problem. If you have any clues about how your servers
gets into that state, please email them to me.

frostschutz, that's exactly the one I was using that broke on an
update a while ago for me. If I remember correctly, it wouldn't stop
the recording of the stv file when the match ends and therefore not
execute the scripts. I'll check if it works with a fresh version of
this script!

I might have missed this, but I can't find the current status on the reported
replay issues.
We still experience the issue when the replay bot is not recording, and a user
joins, the user it placed in the replay slot and made invisible to the server
browser. In effect, a server with 1 user
