I've noticed several of our maps have broken due to the fact that
the trigger_push is not acting the way it used to. I have done tests with
hammer and shown that when a trigger push is pushing you at an upward angle
it will push at the speed of push and then slow you down once you exit the
trigger.
Had a crash in vphysics.so in IVP_Simulation_Unit::simulate_
single_sim_unit_psi.

Seems that it does its job, but you have now a filtered list with other spew
that is not addressed
(Toplogo, CTlogo, func_rotating, THRILLER). Botswana's plugin seems to have
killed all "upper_dish_spin" events, in which those might have been "drowned".
