I wouldnt worry so much. That plugin that shows reputation is a usefull tool. Use it to check current rep and wait a week. Then check again and compare the numbers. If there is an increase, you are ok. I just checked yesterday and all servers had increase. Then i checked with my steam to see

There shouldn't be a worry about having your servers impacted negatively - even though you can take a big hit from people joining and leaving before they break even it usually isn't enough to counter-balance your score. There is a plugin that can tell your server's reputation and they are usually
