This seems to have been fixed awhile ago. The issue now it seems is
either with the servers being overloaded on valves end, or bad
connectivity on server/client sides.

the tv_name bug is also occurring on CS:S. It would be nice to get an
update possibly without breaking every mod out there, haha.

I am referring to normal _restart and quit via console. Not ingame. It
should be resolved by an update ago but I am still seeing issues. I rather
have it crash and restart then just "hang" what it does right now. Problem
also is that since its random it is hard to pin point it.

that they are still hanging or just core dumping and wont restart.
