Can we please have config_arena.cfg not overwritten after every
update -or- usage of verify. As of current with the config file edited
with exec server.cfg and everything else removed still causes the
steampipe updater to overwrite. Rather annoying

Recently I've been getting these in the logs:

We were experiencing some small lag spikes on our servers, but fixed the
problem by increasing the convar net_splitpacket_maxrate to 10 (up from
15000).
