Pretty known:
- the times that the client gets "krits" are predictable to the client. All
they do is only shoot when the client is ought to get krits, and its awarded to
that client. Has to do with the server-client equality stuff. Pretty old hack,
still around.
Solution: install SMAC, that end
Valve can we take some time to look into getting VAC tuned up some
more?

I have here up-to-date hlds server (cs16) with sv_voiceenable 1. On
net_graph I can see choke value raising when players are using voip
(by about 10 points per one speaking player). I was asked to fix this
and honestly I'm out of ideas. I'm not sure yet if choke value here
actually affects

Last time it failed for me totally. Downloaded the steamcmd again and
removed the ~/Steam folder (or whatever the dir is) in my homefolder, then
restarted. That worked.
