I'm not exactly sure about it, but I believe if you are gonna use bzip, you gotta bzip everything everything on the sv_downloadurl server is bzipped, nothing on the game server itself (where the .res file is) is bzipped. i havent seen any requests in the logs on the downloadurl server for a
