I had this issue as well. it was a temporary glitch as my firewall was
not hte issue. Make sure your firewlal has hte right ports open.

I have now tried the last 2-3 days to start my HLDM running on Linux server,
but keep getting this error.

What is going on here Has Valve changed their VAC serveres (ipaddress)
