I tested both -ip and +ip and found no differences. I was always using the
internal ip address since I am only using the server on the LAN anyways.
Anyone from valve want to fix this? You'd be my hero!

So I was having a conversation with a friend on how hlds claims that sv_lan
only works with Class C Address space. This is an epic fail if it is indeed
true. RFC 1918 does define private address space in Classes A, B, and C.

Also has anyone figured out how to avoid restarting the servers after you
have played in it? I have most definitely duplicated the issue where you
can only use the sv_search_key parameter once and then must restart the
server.
