rcon stats from HLSW, and it showed 2-3% use when no one was on
it. BUT when i did several rcon stats back to back it was like 2.5, 2.3,
2.6, 99.9, 99.9, 99.9, 2.5, 2.6, 2.3, 99.9, 99.9, 2.4 etc etc..
Anyone else experienced behaviour like that?
Best regards,
M
We can also confirm this on CS servers (Linux)

Hmm, this email got a bit long - maybe I should just go back to work in
stead of whining :-)

FreeBSD is generally some 10-15 % slower for hlds use in my experience.
Also please dont go so hard at the guy for making a valid point just
because you dont care to think it through. Although it is true that the
volume for the logfiles is very low the IO usage is quite high. Please

Yes, this has been a problem for quite some time, and if you run about 15
servers on a box, with "only" 4gb of memory you have to do some tricks,
but if you have a connect script, set it to kill the hltv server right after
the match is over, or befor - ethier would work iguess
os?
version?
which type of cpu,
which type of ram.
and so on

hen i am trying to connect to my server, but it works

if i copy the file where it says it wants it, it crashed on connect.
if the hltv is updated - it would be nice with a list of fixed things in a
.txt doc.
