Well, in cs 1.6 I got killed twice with a HE being thrown directly at my head (before blowing up), and once with a flashbang. I could not believe that, and my fellow players laughed and said that I was probably killed by something else. Now I searched the old logs for a flashbang kill, and there it was :) Of course I can't confirm the HE kills.
