And I thought I was late coming out with my app two years ago.  This is
downright funny.

The Server Spy (http://www.goonsquad.net/serverspy/) has had all of the
above features for a year and a half at least.  TK punishment, TD punishment
(in CS at least), reverse damage, mirror damage, slaytk, slaptk (among
others) as well as stats generation, irc bot, multiple server support and
many more features.
