Isn't one of the points of sv_downloadurl is that it transfers the bandwidth load onto a server better equipped to handle that kind of traffic, thus saving the bandwidth on HLDS for people actually playing the game? Using HLDS to simply relay the resources from some place entirely defeats one of th
