Any chance the '&' in the sound file's filename is
Besides the basic amxx i have only reconnect_features.amxx, hpk.amxx and
antisilentrun.amxx.
No mapchooser, stats... very basic setup.

It happens very frequently on a 30 slots server but it happens too on 18 or
14 slots occasionally...
