I've updated to the snapshot versions of sourcemod and metamod, and the
crashes dropped from several times a day to once in 1-2 days.
Can anyone else comment on this that either does not have any plugins
installed or the snapshot versions of sourcemod/metamod installed?

I figured out the problem. Somehow my srcds installation didn't update.
I manually ran steam update -verify_all and it updated from version 178 to
version

I run multiple instances from the very same set of files (plugins and base
srcds). Some of them
I'm also getting random crashes like that on two different servers. Both are
running sourcemod with default extensions except dbi.mysql.
Opening the minidump through windbg shows a crash at libtier0.so + 270ee
which puts it at the dynamic_cast function.
The rest of the call stack is missing.
