Just clarified with the developer, the new Fistful-of-Frags on Steam does NOT attempt to do any global player black-list of it's own (unlike the old version 3.9 "mod" for OrangeBox). I *assume* putting the server into "VAC secure-mode" will enforces blocking VAC-banned players. Seems to me that i
