Confirmed here but the issue could to be related to cstrike although
the servers do have a big difference in no players so that cant be
discounted:

seems there's no relation between the memleak and pingboost, i run
pingboost 1 and still getting memleaks. haven't tried without the plugins
yet tho..

i'm running counter-strike without any pingboost option, but with
metamod and amx. so i cannot confirm, wether the memory leaks are
related to a plugin/module or hlds itself. but i think that amx has some
issues..

Maby this is why valve wont get any leaks during testing.
Or maby the memory use just builds up faster
