[hlds_linux] Latency Time addon (statsme + hlstats)

Hey. :) This might be considered off-topic, but shall I even mention the lates discussions going on? ; - ) I've read on the unitedadmins forum about a hack/improvement that will show Average Latency and total connected time in hlstats ( for each player :P ). The only instructions is
