Regards reporting bugs, there seems to be a lethargy amongst 3rd party developers to solve issues and so admins have to make do with what they get (eg. I have moved to amx_mod from amdin_mod, and a known bug in 0.9.3 is that set_user_money() is broken when using the linux binary. AFAIK, the last release is dated Feb 2003, and noone has recompiled a fix since then, even though the bug is widely documented).
