[hlds_linux] Monster-plugin on/off :)

Hey. While waiting for Botman to finish (or begin :P ) adding runtime on/off settings to his Monster-plugin I wonder.. Can you use metamod and pause the monster-plugin? E.g. Run the plugin in paused mode and when camping occurs be able to unpause and voila, monsters will spawn (pre-config
