You should start with:
1.
CONFIG_HZ_1000=y
CONFIG_HZ=1000
-- Timer frequency under Processor type and features
2.
CONFIG_PREEMPT_NONE=y
-- Preemption Model (No Forced Preemption (Server))
3. Do not use Tickless system (Dynamic ticks)
