Had hosting company upgrade us to latest kernel, rebooted box, still getting
same error.
The kernels have been updated to the latest available off of Red Hat Network
(2.4.21-37)

Upgrade your kernel version if you are running Redhat Enterprise 3.

No matter what i try, it segmentation faults on startup.. Not running any
mods/addons.. Takes about 7-10 failures until it will launch, even then it's
not stable.
