I can confirm this on my servers as well. It said it was logged in all day,
emptied out about 5:00PM to 0 players, just rebooted it about 10 minutes
ago and it's full again 24/24 all from quickplay.

Basically at any other time than halloween, server restart is big
inconvenience. So
