Hello hlds,

  Yesterday something strange happened. One of our server was running fine
  until suddenly it started to crash.

  Here are the errors:

We`ve tried running it without any addons (AmxModX, Adminmod, Metamod)
and it does the same. After some clients get connected (~10) and one
(or more) disconnects, the server crashes.

Any clue how we can fix this problem?

PS: We tried rebooting the system, even updating it to the last
versions but it was up-to-date already.
