With Counter-Strike 1.6 I noticed the inverse, windows servers get showed
and Linux dont.

The server.cfg error is because its renamed, works on our other servers, so

This should be reachable from your server, check any firewalls.
If you run some fake player plugins on your server, then your IP is banned,
get a new one.
