Try disabling the firewall for testing. That way you can see if the problem
is with it or

I believe he is referring to the server, not the client, failing to
register steam tickets. This sounds like a network

Logout > browse to your Steam folder (usually C:\Program Files\Steam)

What happens is that sometimes when I logout the blob file isn't
deleted immediately.

Tickets, the server connects fine to VAC & the Steam servers from the
console, but every steam server on the box, CSS, DoDs & TF2, below is a
