Sorry double post from win32 meant to put this on Linux listing as I've
always ran nix servers.
As a community we derive from back in the days of cs1.2/3/4/5.
When Source first came to our doors we embraced and shunned it at the same
time, we all loved cs1.x but knew source was the way forwards.

you need to give the users same space to adjust:

so with new fixed tickrate how rate settings should look like ?
