Great, I had libnss_dns-2.2.5.so, since lsof reported that hlds used it, but
of course I should've realized that hlds called the symlink, thanks a bunch :)

Copy that to your chrooted lib folder and it will download the module just fine.
Other file needed is resolv.conf etc. That's about it.
If it still doesnt work copy strace and ping to your chroot and do strace
www.microsoft.com.
