The HNA MUST produce CDS/CDSKEY. But, we have little control over whether or not the *parent zone* actually uses CDS/CDSKEY. We RECOMMEND that that they do (and maybe this RFC could be used as a hammer), but it's outside of the control of the Outsourced Infrastructure operator. -- Michael Richa
