This is the usual camouflage reply to make the seller sit down comfortably, but who would bet hat stupid, sending 65% more than the agreed price, but wanting the balance be wired by Western Union. These are the tricks more & more used by scamers originating in Rumania, Ukrain, Russia & Lithuania.
