Ron Boerger used to have a list of Jazz hornists but I can't find it on
his website. Maybe there's an opportunity there.

Rick Todd, professor of Horn at USC in LA has two jazz CDs out - Rickter
Scale and With a Twist - that you simply must hear. He's composed some
original tunes on Twist, and arranged a couple of the old standards:
Days of Wine and Roses (Twist) and Our Waltz (Scale) in which he dubs
all 8 parts.
sans presser means without rushing; son bouche means stopped.

In Poulenc's "Elegie", he prescribes surtout sand presser (son bouche) at #17. I have
the first part, what does "son bouche" mean?
