It is a controversial subject. Some fine teachers say only to play on the horn. Some advocate free buzzing, and others say it is damaging. Free buzzing is different from playing with a mouthpiece it uses the muscles differently. Some good players cannot free buzz: they never learned that

Everything needs patience first !! Understood. Embouchure builds up mainly through the lip - mouthpiece contact, so building up muscles or an embouchure (muscles, lip surface build up, contractability of lips, muscle reaction) just by moving the lips (stretching contracting) does not work. It
