It depends on the place. Travel expenses & hotel paid,
rehearsal are not calculated usually, but performance fee
must start from 2.000.- USD++ (no limit), per concert. This
is just a fee for not losing face. Regular concerts with
professional orchestras are worth more +++, would say 4.000
to 5.000
