Horns can be ordered from W/B on a trial basis. I know someone who tried
several horns this way before he found one he liked and purchased from them.
It
also might be worth the trek up to South Bend to try several horns, used and
new, in one of their many practice rooms.

I'd be interested in hearing from any of you who have tried or are using a
Denis Wick 6N mouthpiece. In terms of cup width, I find the 7N to be just on
the narrow side and the 5N to be a little on the wide side for me, although I've
come to depend on teh 5N pretty exclusively. Is the 6N a rea
