Can anybody recommend a good publisher of Rosetti's
concerto for horn in D minor? Our music library has
the Ostermeyer edition, although I'm told that it
takes many liberties and is not exactly accurate. Does
anyone know of an Urtext available?

Hey folks. Today I dropped my lawson mouthpiece while

I own a cd with a recording of Rosetti concerto in D minor that I really enjoy.
I've owned it for a few years, and didn't realize that I had it, or that is was
worthwhile till recently. I bought it on a whim once at a cd store, when I
found it on sale for two or three dollars, so inexpensive bec

a bad idea to begin applying for jobs soon? I imagine that auditioning for a job
would be a great learning experience, even if I expect to not win.
Thanks for thoughts,

that and go hear some great stuff that

indiana and florida that owns this particular type of horn that wouldn't mind a visit
sometime, and would allow me to try out the horn for a bit? Is there a shop I should
