Yamaha makes student trumpets, trombones, and saxes in their Grand Rapids
plant as well as one or two models of pro trumpets. The parts are made in
Japan and assembled in the US. All Yamaha instruments made in the US have
an A as the last digit of the serial number. All Yamaha double horns are
are made in Japan. Thank you, Bob.
