Hello Horn Gang - I just wanted to let any of you who are members of the IHS that you will soon if not already receive the magazine "The Horn Call" with a ballot for advisory council that has my name included. I have been a member of the IHS since early in high school and truly have a deep respect and admiration for what it represents to hornists world wide. I still remember how I felt as a young hornist attending my first symposium and how I still enjoy the camaraderie when I have been a soloist/clinician. Now that 23 years of professional playing has afforded me a dream life for a hornist I believe it is time to give back to the horn community that so graciously paved the path for me. I would appreciate your support and humbly ask for your vote in the upcoming advisory election.
