Hello Chuck. I am going to second Bob Osmun's vote. The Holton is a good choice if it is in good condition. Stay away from the cheap eBay horns- even with some of the advice given on the horn line( by mostly amateurs) -those instruments remain poorly made and have been aptly dubbed I S O's This
