So I'm looking at the liner notes of the recording of the Schumann Konzerstuck
with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Christian Thielemann, and I see they don't
list the horn players. Does anyone know (a) who the players are on this
recording (it was released in 1997) and more importantly (b) why
