Carl Bangs>> 2 major suggestions: 1. Make sure that you have a baking soda dip after the Brite dip to leave the instrument in a neutral state - be careful! Chromic acid is nasty stuff! You can't dump it down the drain. (the reason I switched to Ultrasound!) 2. Never leave the lid off of it! Everything that can rust in your house/shop WILL! Remember - you're breathing this stuff. I'm amazed that they sell that stuff to someone who is not in the repair business. Personally I think it is very wrong of them to do so as there is now way to keep tabs on how people dispose of this stuff! 3. (I know,, I said only two.. but...) Keep a repair tech's number handy...
