I was in Madison, WI over the weekend and happened to catch a
performance by "Yid Vicious, Madison's and maybe all of Wisconsin's
premier klezmer ensemble." When the band appeared on stage, there
instead of the expected trumpet player was Kia Karlen, playing horn
(YHR668D, btw). I'd never heard horn in a klezmer band before, and
thoroughly enjoyed it. Kia's playing was outstanding.

"Yid Vicious is not especially vicious. But they do play a mean
