OrbView-3 images of Mali have been reprocessed, to enhance contrast, and
images of Niger, Bangladesh, Colombia and South Sudan have been made
available with this same processing. These have mostly 1 m resolution,
have less than 10% cloud cover and are available freely from USGS with
L1Gst proc

several areas of Mali? I would gladly give some of my free time to map
in Mali if you set one or more areas you consider more important or
